The Weekend is putting his tour on hold as a result of the coronavirus pandemic that is ravaging the world. The “Blinding Lights” singer has decided to delay his “After Hours Tour” until next year. The tour which was set to start next month will now have to wait until June 12, 2021, in Canada before traveling to the U.S. and Europe through November.

For the North American trek, Sabrina Claudio and Don Toliver remain on board, while Claudio and Black Atlass will take the wheels for the European dates.

Meanwhile, all tickets sold to date will be transferable to the new dates. However, anyone who is unable to make the new dates can request refunds. Among the tour dates, only New Orleans was canceled due to availability.

“see you when it’s safe,” The Weekend tweeted to his fans as the news broke.

The global trek comes in support of his chart-topping album After Hours, which was release in March.
