Jay-Z has revealed to the public what his quarantine playlist looks like. The rapper-businessman is sharing his 20 songs for his “Couple Songs From 2020 (So Far)” collection. The list is available to stream exclusively on TIDAL at the moment.
Lil Baby is the first to hit the ground running with “Emotionally Scarred,” and he’s followed by Polo G and Mustard collaborate, “Heartless.” Next to follow suit is Megan The Stallion’s top 5 smash “Savage (Remix),” which featured Jay-Z as a guest.
Elsewhere, are tracks from latest releases that saw Dark Lane Demo Tapes tracks “Chicago freestyle” and “Landed” from Drake make the cut. Also, Future’s “Hard to Choose One” and “Trillionaire” from his new project “High Off Life” earned places.
From the R&B perspectives, the billionaire rapper is cruising with Kehlani’s “Toxic,” The Weekend’s “Snowchild,” and a pair of bedroom hits from The-Dream’s “Passion” and “Wee Hours,” featuring Jhene Aiko.
Finally, to make up the 20-track-compilation, Jay-Z showed love to Lil Uzi Vert, West Gunn, and as well as his Roc Nation colleague, Jay Electronica. He featured two songs from Electronica’s first album in over a decade, “A Written Testimony.”
